I am not a licensed therapist. The advice I give is from my personal experiences as a mother, wife, sister, friend, teacher and woman who has seen the world…from the depths of my personal knowledge and wisdom. Other things that I share that I may have not personally experienced are theories that I have gathered from the sources that I have access to. Some of what I say is theory that is accepted by many professionals and some of the theory is inspired by others…or may just simply be my own spin on things. Not everything is tested and none of it is guaranteed.
